Your satisfaction is very important to us therefore if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund the cost of the item if returned to us within 7 days from the day received by you. Your payment will be refunded, excluding shipping, insurance and handling charges.

All returned diamonds will be re-inspected prior to issuing a  refund. Please return the package in the same condition it was shipped.

Items that have been damaged will not be refunded.

If a package is lost or damaged, it can take up to 1 month to investigate these claims.

If proper instructions are not followed your return will be invalid and you will forfeit all privileges.

(Any item received after the seven day period will be issued a six month store credit.)
